BROKEN APPOINTMENT POLICY
At South Florida Dental Care we respect and value your commitment to a reserved appointment time within our schedule. When you reserve a time with us please make every attempt to keep your appointment. We do not “double book” as many offices do, this time is set aside specifically for you
in order to provide you with the attention and detailed treatment you deserve as our patient.
Twenty one (21) and five (5) days prior to your appointment you will receive an email and text message. When you receive this message, please call, text or email us to confirm the time that you have already reserved with us. If we have not heard back from you within two business days of your appointment you will again receive a text message or a phone call. If within 24 hours prior to your reserved time, you have not confirmed your appointment, we reserve the right to remove your appointment from our schedule allowing space for patients who are eager to receive treatment.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to change or reschedule your reserved time with us, please give us at least 24 hour notice so that we will be able to fill this time with others waiting for that specific day and time. If you cancel, fail to show for your confirmed appointment, or you arrive excessively late and treatment cannot be completed as planned, we recover our lost opportunity and associated costs for having our staff on standby with a broken appointment fee of $50.
