The front office staff at South Florida Dental Care helps connect patients with the clinical team and keeps the administrative side of care organized. They are often the first people patients speak with when contacting our Hollywood dental office, and an important source of communication throughout treatment.
The team assists with scheduling appointments, updating patient information, coordinating multi-visit treatment, and directing questions to the appropriate staff member. When a treatment plan requires several appointments, careful scheduling helps ensure that visits occur in the appropriate order and that patients know what to expect next.
Our insurance coordinator also helps collect insurance information and communicate available benefit estimates. Dental insurance benefits are determined by the patient’s insurance carrier, and estimates are not guarantees of payment, but the front office can help patients understand the information available to the practice.
