Dental assistants contribute to many parts of a patient’s visit at South Florida Dental Care. Working alongside Dr. Leonardo Frydman and Dr. Gabriela Cohen, they help prepare treatment areas, organize instruments and materials needed for care, and assist during examinations and procedures.
Their role is also important to patient communication. Dental assistants help patients get situated, support them throughout treatment, and reinforce the dentist’s instructions. When care requires multiple appointments, their familiarity with the office’s clinical processes helps ensure each visit remains organized and connected to the overall treatment plan.
Our assistants work with the dentists, hygienists, and front office staff as part of a coordinated team. Each member has a different responsibility, but all contribute to providing patients with an informed and well-managed experience.
